Crisis Care Center Updates

Construction Updates

Construction is progressing at the Crisis Care Center. We are proud to partner with Duncan & Thompson Construction to renovate the former UAB Substance Use building to serve our needs. Currently, all of the metal stud framing is complete, and dry wall hanging is underway. Thank you Christian & Associates Architects for leading us through this process. The Crisis Care Center will be located off Valley Avenue near I-65 at 401 Beacon Parkway West, Birmingham, AL 35209. We look forward to the renovation being completed later this year.

Hiring Updates

Our Crisis Care Center leadership has been working diligently to ensure we are well prepared with a strong team in place ahead of opening. We’ve hired five people and look forward to fully staffing the Crisis Care Center over the next few weeks.
